I’m among the top few percent of qualified real estate inspectors and I’m confident that I will discover and disclose the reportable conditions at properties I inspect. You will get an informative overview and honest unbiased opinion of the property's condition at the site and a concise, easy to read report, carefully prepared off site and delivered electronically the next day.

I inspect one property per day and do it carefully. An average size home inspection usually takes around three or four hours at the site. But if its an older, larger or neglected building, or if it has multiple features and systems, fireplaces, pool or spas, it will take longer. For estate properties and apartment buildings I may use a team of inspectors to reduce site time. You should attend the inspection or meet at the site for a summary to get the full benefit of my service.
